Installation Instructions
1. The foundation should be laid before installation
2. The base is installed on the already dry ground, and adjust horizontal level of the base， with the level of the 0.05/1000, so that the level and the degree of the two bases are kept within + 1.0mm,after that ,assemble the setscrew in order to fix on the ground (also can use 3mm or 4mm iron plate ,before installation must loosen all screws)
3. Slotting unit can move ,first put on the base, watch carefully the move wheel can suit the base rack. then put the printing unit on the correct place. and connected with connection plate ,if two units cannot combine together, observe if there are some problems on the tooth.
4. Assemble motor ,triangle belt, and prepare the motor wire and main wire.
5. Install feeding table, feeding table keep the same level with feeing roller. install counter and transfer chain.
6. Lock device can lock each units and gear running
7. Connect electric parts and pneumatic parts, finish the installation
